Happy Canadian Thanksgiving

Since we have been married J and I have celebrated two Thanksgivings every year- one for Canadian (in Oct) and one for American Thanksgiving (in Nov). Over the years we have refined our celebrations. Tonight we got to do our traditional Canadian Thanksgiving dinner.

So this is Michael's new way of drinking out of a cup. Notice the shirt! LOL

My sweet princess

My besty crafter

Silly boy started playing with his food. By the end of the night they were all making corn skewers.

Family times! Good memories talking about traditions.

Now on to the food! Celebration drink

Delicious food! Love the colors

Our traditional stuffed turkey breast. Stuffing, walnuts, and cranberries stuffed inside a turkey cutlet-yummy!!

My favorite! Sweet potatoes!!
We started a new tradition this year. We made nanaimo bar pie instead of pumpkin pie. Nanaimo bars are a delicious Canadian dessert. We will save the pumpkin pie for November.
Happy Thanksgiving!!
