Name game
Brief background- So Jake once believed his parents had a naming scheme, so we followed suit. But have since found out there was no naming scheme it just worked out that way. We however are happy with the names we have chosen. So the naming scheme for us is if our child is a girl the first name is from my side and the middle from Jakes. If a boy the first name from Jakes side and the middle from mine.

How cool! Who on the Roecker side was named Rainey- I love it by the way!
Jake's great grandfather was named William Rainey Parrish.
That is so cool for your kids. I am wishing that I had been named after someone..maybe I could have been Wilma!

Came across your blog while surfing. Its not everyday I find a relative with the "e". Most all of us Roeckers/Roeckers/Rockers/Rocker are attached somewhere up the trunk of the tree.
