So with my new mixer there were a few recipes. I decided to try their whole wheat bread recipe. After GLANCING thru the recipe, I was pretty thrilled I had all the ingredients. So I started to make the bread and added the ingredients. I didn't realize I needed powdered milk! Ahhh! I didn't have any and going to the store quickly with three kids is an hour long quick. SO I went to the pantry and tried to find something to fill its place. I was about to give up when my eye caught a yellow can on the top shelf. I quickly grabbed it and measured out what I needed and baked my bread.
It turned out great!!
So what did I use? Any guesses :)
