Tooth fairy let down

To back track a little, both Jake and I were off all last week, so sleep schedules were thrown off, then we spent some time just outside of Dallas Texas at a old friends. She was over played, over stimulated, and over tired by the time we got home. So it is no wonder she is a bit of a pill today!

Liza woke up this morning and was super upset! The tooth fairy TOOK HER TOOTH! I guess times have changed and in the state of OK especially in our school district, the tooth fairy has collected too many teeth but still pays for the thought of donating it to her scrapbook. (How was a foreign tooth fairy to know this?) So after fighting with her for an hour I finally got her out of the house, on the bus and out of my hair very tired of the debate we were having, as I just wanted to LOL.

When she got home this afternoon her second tooth was holding on barely. We wiggled it for some time and with one swift pull it was out. So tooth number two is out and two more are starting to giggle-her brown tooth on top and one of the bottom ones. As the tooth fairy went to take Liza's tooth tonight and pay her for it she found this...Translation-"dear tooth fairy I want to keep my tooth"

She found it quite humorous she just had to share with Jake and I.

That is so cute and pretty hilarious at the same time. She is one silly girl. Maybe the tooth fairy will give her other tooth back or the school board could send home a mass letter informing them the tooth fairy no longer takes teeth, just pays for them.

That is just about the cutest thing I've read in a long time.

I could have sworn that the tooth fairy took each of my teeth when I was a kid. I never would have thought of keeping it at that age, just give me my quarter. (Cheap fairy).

LOL! What exactly does she want to keep her teeth for? I thought the tooth Fairy Ground up your teeth into beautiful jewlry... at least that's what my mom told me, when I asked why? :)

She put alot of thought into the note (not the spelling obviously) I love teh sad face and yes the "angel" on her shirt.
As for what she wants to do with the tooth is beyond me. She took it to school so she could show her teacher (like she hasn't seen a million of them by now teaching for almost 20yrs). But I am cool with her keeping them now I can put it in the scrap booking pile and not have to explain myself, if she doesn't lose it first.
