My girlfriend Alanna's update on baby Gavin. She is back in their temporary quarters for now (they released her 6hrs after delivery, MAN!! but she wanted it).
Here's what she wrote today...
We just wanted to send a quick note to fill you all in on the findings from yesterday and to let you know that Gavin went up for surgery at 5:10pm today.
We are expecting him to be in surgery for 2-3 hours.
He had a heart ultrasound done yesterday which showed that he does have a narrowing in his aortic arch and that he has 2 VSD's (holes).
