Our precious little girl one year ago, so snugly and soft. Since the day we brought her home complete strangers would describe her as a "doll". She has the cutest little face and most gorgeous pale complexion. At times we are hopeful she may be a red head like her dad, she carries an ever so slight hue of strawberry blond that just adds to her spunky attitude.
Michael was my smallest baby weighing in at 7Lbs 3oz. and measuring somewhere around 19" long. Today she is still a petite little girl. How we have grown to love our little ape baby!
Here she is today, a ball of energy.
Always curious as to what we are doing, how we are doing it, and what's over there. She loves music! This Sunday I was subbing in Primary and Michael was running wild all morning, I brought her to singing time and she sat still and sang along in her cute little babble. We love to play music and dance the day away while the older two are in school.
Her little face is so full of expression. We love to watch her face as she explores the world around her. She is always so happy, and smiley (especially if she is being held). We love to make her laugh. She has teh most unique laugh of all my kids. It just fills your soul and makes you want to join her.
Here she is all decked out in her birthday outfit (chasing the cat of course). My last chance at celebrating a 1st birthday with one of my own, so I took advantage of the opportunity to make her something new.
Full of attitude already! Life without Mikey would not be complete!
Happy birthday little girl!
Jake put together this little video of Mikey for her birthday. The kids always love watching our little videos of them growing up! It has become a tradition to watch all our family movies on birthdays and to create a new one to remember the past year.
